If you take a bag of pretzels to snack on and dont open them, once you get up to altitude in an unpressurized cabin they might blow up like a balloon. Then you have to pop it to get the pretzels out.
We flew all night, stopping in northern Alabama for fuel. The kids slept most of the night on the plane. Mike was flying and I just had trouble getting comfortable to fall asleep. Eventually we had made it through the night and were flying into the morning sunrise above the clouds. It was beautiful.
The kids did sleep for most of the flight.
I amused myself looking at stuff out the window.
I saw this windfarm on some mountain peaks.
Going through the moutains looked cool because the mountains were all sticking up though the clouds and it made it look like the valleys were filled with snow.

We stopped for gas in Winchester Virginia and then took a quick flight to the airport in Montgomery Village Maryland. Landed there around 930am eastern.
